Intro Call
Free
30-minute virtual conversation to discuss your goals, running background, and challenges. A no-pressure space to ask questions and explore what coaching could look like for you.
One-Off Coaching Call
$55 - Quick Consult (30 minutes)
$85 - Deep Dive (60 minutes)
Single virtual session to get expert guidance on your training, pacing, or goals. Includes a review of your current plan and follow-up notes. No ongoing coaching required.
1:1 Virtual Run Coaching
$100 / month
Personalized training plans, weekly calls, data review and ongoing support via email or text. Ideal for beginners to half marathoners who want accountability, structure, and consistency.
1:1 In-Person Run Coaching
Availability and rates vary.
Includes all features of 1:1 Virtual Run Coaching, with the added benefit of in-person guidance. Hands-on coaching with real-time feedback, pacing support, and structure for intentional training.
This is only available to athletes in the NYC metro area. Sessions held in Central Park (Manhattan) or Prospect Park (Brooklyn).
