1:1 Virtual Run Coaching

$100 / month

Work with a personal running coach online to build a training plan tailored to your goals, schedule, and experience level.

This includes:

  • Personalized running training plans

  • Weekly coaching calls

  • Data and progress review

  • Ongoing support via email or text

Ideal for beginners to half marathoners who want accountability, structure, and long-term consistency.

With virtual run coaching, your plan evolves with you — so you can stay consistent even when life gets busy.

1:1 In-Person Run Coaching NYC Metro

Train with a run coach in person for hands-on support, real-time feedback, and structured guidance.

Includes all features of virtual coaching, plus:

  • Real-time pacing support

  • Form and technique feedback

  • In-run adjustments and coaching

This in-person run coaching service is ideal for runners who want a more connected, guided experience.

Available for athletes in the NYC metro area, with sessions held in:

  • Prospect Park (Brooklyn)
