Intro Run Coaching Call

Free Intro Run Coaching Call (30 Minutes)

A free 30-minute coaching call to help you figure out how to start running (or get back into it) and stay consistent.

This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we’ll talk through:

  • where you’re right now

  • what’s been getting in the way of consistency

  • what a simple, realistic running routine could look like for you

This introductory running coaching call is a no-pressure space to ask questions and explore what personalized run coaching could look like for you.

Whether you’re just starting or training for a race, this call helps you understand your next step with clarity and confidence.


1:1 Virtual Run Coaching

$125 / month

Work with Coach Lauren to build a running routine that fits your life.

This is for beginners and returning runners who are tired of starting over and want structure, support, and accountability that feels realistic.

Together, we’ll create a personalized running plan based on your schedule, experience, and goals so you can start running (or get back into it) and stay consistent long term.

This includes:

  • A personalized running training plan built around your life

  • Two coaching check-ins each month to support and guide your progress

  • Ongoing support between check-ins when questions come up or things don’t go as planned

  • Thoughtful progress reviews to help you keep moving forward

This in-person run coaching service is ideal for runners who want a more connected, guided experience.

Available for athletes in the NYC metro area, with sessions held in:

  • Central Park (Manhattan)

  • Prospect Park (Brooklyn)

$55 - Quick Consult (30 minutes)

$85 - Deep Dive (60 minutes)

A single virtual session to get expert guidance on your running training plan, pacing strategy, or race goals.

This one-time run coaching session includes:

  • Review of your current training

  • Personalized recommendations

  • Follow-up notes with clear next steps
