MY STORY

Running became where I could breathe, process, & reconnect.

I've been a runner for most of my life. As life evolved, my relationship with running evolved too. What once centered on performance became something deeper — a space for mental clarity, balance, and self-trust.

Like many runners, I've had seasons where running took a backseat and consistency felt out of reach.

In 2025, I rediscovered my love for running through connection with myself. I found joy in showing up one step at a time. That rediscovery inspired Wayfinder Running Co.

Over the years, I've trained for and completed multiple half marathons, along with shorter distances including a 10 mile road race and multiple 5Ks. Those experiences, paired with the realities of balancing life and training, shape how I coach today.

My coaching philosophy centers on meeting athletes exactly where they are, providing individualized structure, clear communication, and consistent encouragement.

I primarily work with beginners through half marathoners — helping athletes build confidence, stay consistent, and find joy in the process, whether they're training for their first race or pursuing new personal fitness goals.

  • Individualized structure: Plans built around your life. No generic run plans.

  • Consistent encouragement: You're not figuring it out alone. I'm with you when things get hard.
